When you download a free sample, buy a product, or subscribe, we collect your email address and basic order details (product, amount, transaction ID). We do not collect or store your card or PayPal login details — payments are handled entirely by PayPal.
We use your email to deliver the product you requested, send your receipt, send occasional follow-up emails about the product you showed interest in, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
By providing your email you consent to receive product-related emails. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed, and we will delete you from our list promptly.
All payments are processed securely by PayPal under their own privacy policy and terms. We only receive confirmation of the transaction and the email you provided at checkout.
Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorised access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us and we will action your request as required by applicable privacy law (including the Australian Privacy Act and, where relevant, the GDPR).
